These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the dt333 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and every person who uses its services ("User", "you", "your"). dt333 may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time. If false information is provided regarding age, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3.1 Registration

When creating an account on dt333, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You will be fully responsible for any activity conducted from your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, dt333 may request identity verification documents at any time, such as a national ID card, birth registration certificate, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request to voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting us. dt333 also reserves the right to close an account without notice in the event of a breach of the Terms.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• For bank transfers, major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank may be used.
• If the deposited amount comes from an illegal source, the full amount will be cancelled immediately and the authorities may be notified.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals cannot be made if the wagering requirement on an active bonus balance has not been met.
• dt333 reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at dt333 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must complete wagering of 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the total balance.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• dt333 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If abuse of bonus benefits is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

dt333's VIP program has five tiers, where regular players can enjoy greater benefits. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Through regular and consistent participation, players can advance to higher VIP tiers. The cashback benefit at each tier is subject to bonus terms and conditions.

7.1 Fair Play Policy

7.2 Prohibited Activities

• Any form of cheating, use of bots, or automated software is strictly prohibited.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a bet is cancelled due to a server error or technical issue, the original amount of that bet will be refunded. Incorrect winning amounts displayed due to a technical error will not be considered valid.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, both parties will choose a path for dispute resolution by mutual agreement.

11.3 Applicable Law

The applicable law and jurisdictional authority for the interpretation and resolution of these Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be determined on the basis of mutual agreement.
